Care to Connect is a community organisation/association that aims to link people with disabilities to relevant services so they can live life to their fullest potential. We are volunteers and friends with the passion, energy and intelligence to take action on community projects that build capacity and resilience. We believe that we have the shared responsibility to take action towards some of the emerging and existing issues for people with disability in Victoria. We take a holistic approach to: -Promote linkages between people with a disability, their families and relevant services -Provide voluntary recreational activities for children with disabilities -Provide information about NDIS and relevant service providers -Support families to understand and implement their NDIS plans
