Pimpernel Vineyards is a family owned and operated five star winery in the world famous Yarra Valley. Our hand tended dry grown vineyards yield tiny quantities of intensely flavoured fruit. Inspired by the great traditions of Burgundy and the Rhone Valley, we use old world wine making techniques to produce wines that powerfully express their origins. Rather than following passing fashions, we aim to create elegant wines that will provide our customers with unique experiences.
