Soul Degree is designed for YOU. In remote wilderness settings, the program creates space for men just like you to slow down, reconnect and consider what really matters. The "curriculum" incorporates a healthy blend of round table chats, group meals, fireside talks, back country adventures, body movement (through hiking, yoga, etc.), and mindful exploration (meditation, journaling, etc.). All you have to do is give yourself the gift of time. Our retreats take place in naturally restorative locations ~180 miles from a major metropolitan airport. The journey takes place over 4 nights/5 days in rustic, but comfortable accommodations. Note: What you take away from Soul Degree has a lot to do with what you bring in. We'd hope to see you.
