Breakout is a start-up founded in 2016, on the back of some interesting and worth while times with established recruitment agencies. Over the years we learned a lot about ourselves and the way that we prefer to work with others. For us recruitment was becoming too much of a sales driven industry, little time was spent on consulting and more time on “acquiring” new clients and creating “buckets” of candidates.
