We focus on UKG’s Workforce Management HCM solutions and work with vendors/partners and clients through Procurement, Scoping, Deployment and Post production support. Christine Ferns serves as SUC’s President – she possesses 14 years of IT Project and Program management experience with industry leaders such as Dell, Kronos and Ellucian as an Implementation Partner and Client Project Manager. She has worked with clients across Local and State Government entities, Education and Private sector verticals. Step Up’s team of Consultants and Project Managers are all industry SME's.
