SCORE Rhode Island is the local chapter of the national SCORE nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business in RI and along the Southcoast of MA. Our local team of more than 50 diverse individuals function as Mentors, Subject Matter Experts and Workshop Presenters, all focused on achieving the Mission: “Foster vibrant small business communities through mentoring and education.” Because our work is supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and thanks to our network of 10,000+ volunteers nationally, we are able to deliver our services at no charge or at very low cost (some workshops only).
