National Apprentice Employment Network (NAEN) (formerly Group Training Australia) is the national association representing group training organisations (GTOs) located throughout metropolitan, regional and remote areas of Australia. First established during the 1980s, the member businesses, generally known as Group Training Organisations (GTOs) have employed approximately one million apprentices. No other organisation has employed more apprentices in Australia. Collectively the national network of group training organisations employs around 25,000 apprentices and trainees and over 100,000 businesses have used a group training organisation to manage the employment of their apprentices and trainees.
