AL-AYUNI Group was founded in early sixties by late Hamad Abdullah AL-AYUNI as a sub-contractor for road construction until 1972 when it was registered as a General Contractor. With hard work, in 1976, AL-AYUNI became one of the preferred road construction companies in Saudi Arabia for projects owned by the Ministry of Transportation (MOT) and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA).
