Auto-qualify 3-field forms in 3 seconds
Build a frictionless inbound engine: when a visitor fills out a minimal form (name, company, email), n8n triggers instantly, enriches the contact with Lusha’s Person API, enriches the company with Lusha’s Company API, runs AI qualification against your ICP criteria, then routes qualified leads to Slack and HubSpot automatically. All before anyone looks at the data.
Why this works
Inbound leads should be ready to work. Instead, they often arrive half-empty, late, and noisy.
The classic problem: forms stay short to protect conversion, but leads arrive without context. Someone has to enrich, validate, and qualify them manually. Routing happens after someone looks at the data. That gap between “lead submitted” and “lead ready” is where time leaks and good opportunities stall.
This workflow eliminates the gap entirely. Every lead is complete and qualified before someone ever touches it—no manual checks, no tab switching, no “we’ll enrich this later.”
What you get
- Frictionless forms that stay short (name, company, email) to maximize conversion rates
- Instant enrichment that adds 15+ contact and company fields in 1–2 seconds using Lusha’s 280M+ verified profiles
- Pre-routing qualification where AI checks enriched data against your ICP criteria before anyone sees the lead
- Clean CRM records that arrive structured, validated, and complete (instead of patched together later)
- Automatic routing to Slack and HubSpot for qualified leads, with tagging/nurture flows for non-matches
- Composable architecture that plugs into Make, Zapier, Salesforce, or custom AI agents via MCP
How to set it up
Get the workflow template
Download the full n8n workflow file. It includes the complete flow: trigger → enrichment → qualification → routing.
Connect your form trigger
Set up a webhook in n8n or connect your form tool directly (Typeform, HubSpot Forms, Webflow, etc.). Every submission triggers the workflow instantly.
Authenticate Lusha API
Add your Lusha API key to n8n. The workflow makes two sequential calls:
- Lusha Person API — enriches contact details
- Lusha Company API — enriches firmographic data
Both return data in 1–2 seconds with 95%+ email accuracy.
Define your ICP criteria in the AI step
Configure the AI prompt with your ideal customer profile:
- Company size: 50–500 employees
- Industries: SaaS, fintech, AI/ML
- Seniority: VP+ or Director+
- Geography: North America, UK, EU
The AI isn’t guessing—it’s checking enriched data against explicit rules you define.
Set up routing logic
Add conditional branches in n8n:
If qualified → send to Slack + create HubSpot contact with full enriched data
If nurture → tag for marketing automation or drip sequence
If disqualified → archive or mark low-priority
Connect notification channels
Configure outputs:
- Slack: Real-time alert with name, title, company, size, revenue, LinkedIn, phone, and qualification reason
- HubSpot: Create contact with all enriched fields pre-populated
Optional: Google Sheets log for reporting
Test with a sample form submission
Fill out your 3-field form with test data. Confirm:
- n8n triggers immediately
- Lusha enrichment completes in 3 seconds
- AI qualification runs correctly
- Routing sends qualified leads to Slack + HubSpot
- Non-qualified leads get tagged appropriately
What to do next
- Add intent signals: Layer in job change alerts or funding triggers to prioritize leads who just switched roles or raised capital.
- Build territory routing: Use company location or industry to assign leads to the correct AE or SDR automatically.
- Track conversion metrics: Measure form completion rates, enrichment coverage, time-to-qualification, and qualified lead conversion vs. manual qualification.
- Extend to other tools: Plug the same workflow into Make, Zapier, Salesforce, or build custom AI agents with MCP—the logic stays the same, only the destination changes.
- Optimize ICP rules: Review qualification patterns monthly and adjust AI criteria based on which leads actually convert.
The goal: If your inbound motion still depends on someone “checking the lead first,” you’re leaving speed and revenue on the table. Start with short forms, automatic enrichment, and qualification before routing. Everything else compounds from there.
