We are a team of experienced consultants who have many contacts with UK foodservice and retail businesses and the UK route to market wholesalers and distributors that serve them. We work with well established food and drink companies looking to accelerate their sales growth within the right customers in particular channels - i.e. 'rifle shot' targeting rather than 'blunderbus'. We can recommend sales and trade marketing strategies and plans detailing product suitability, distribution routes and most appropriate customers. Unlike most consultants, we have a 'sales delivery department' - we work alongside you as your national accounts team and put the plans into action. We manage and develop both existing customers and sales prospects and because we share cost among a small group of non competing clients, we are extremely cost effective. We can assist in specifying PR, exhibitions, trade advertising and other communication tools.
