Heart Support-Australia is a non-profit organisation committed to helping individuals and families affected by heart disease. Through peer support, information and encouragement, we have been helping people achieve better health outcomes for over 30 years. As the national consumer peak body for survivors of heart events, we establish local support branches for individuals and families affected by heart disease. Our branches regularly organise social events, raise funds for local hospitals, and visit patients at cardiac rehabilitation wards. All our members have either survived a heart event, are the carer or family member of a survivor, or have a specific interest in heart health. Together, we work to support all who have been impacted by heart disease. Join us and foster the shared community camaraderie that help survivors strive for optimal health!
