Sean's Place currently runs adult foster homes in Lane County, Oregon. The client served are developmentally disabled individuals, ages 20 to 47. This program follow a client’s ISP and/or support plan to address each individual's desire for independent living and a full, productive life. Sean's Place homes provide a supportive, therapeutic atmosphere where individuality and respect are the priority. Each client has a comprehensive and individualized file, which is reviewed regularly by the Quality Assurance staff. Community inclusion and employment are encouraged and supported. Activities outside of the home are scheduled on an individual and group basis.
