This process starts with the vision of the leader, then a strategic communication process is developed to align your people with your vision. We systematically work with leadership and the leadership team to create a high trust culture will help improve communication and the productivity of your organization. Our 35 years of experience helps us to improve the culture and quality of all employee’s lives which dramatically improves the level of trust and morale. When your people understand the noble purpose of your work, there is a sense of shared purpose which motivates your people deliver outstanding results. Our approach is strongly influenced by our interviews of CEOs and executives of organizations which have made it onto Fortune’s Great Places to Work list. By interviewing executives, we grew to understand how these companies created a culture that attracts and retains the best talent. We integrate these strategies into our consulting, coaching and leadership development services. In 2008, President and Founder Beth Sears, Ph.D. formed Workplace Communication, Inc. to assist organizations and individuals with improving productivity through enhanced communication, employee engagement and loyalty. Beth has a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Buffalo (2008), and her experience includes a culmination of 30 years at General Motors working as a cultural transformation facilitator coupled with 18 years as an adjunct instructor for Cornell ILR and 2 years as an adjunct instructor at the Nazareth College School of Management. This allows her to link research and theory with her workplace experience which enables her to understand what cultivates change in the real world of work.
