At Common Area, we create lifestyle accommodation for the young and young-at-heart; energetic and easy-going travelers. Our guests enjoy high-quality sleeping quarters but the key attraction is the chance to relax with other travelers in the common area. Since this area is the heart of Lub d's design, it has become our company name. Staff members (who we call “hosts”) mirror our guests so it is not unusual to see them all hanging out, talking, joking, and laughing. They tell us that they feel at home at Lub d where "Everyone lives and leaves as a friend."
