Army Personnel Centre, part of the MOD, is responsible to the Military Secretary for the management of the careers of all Military personnel throughout the Army. Staffed by a mixture of military and civil servants, the APC focusses on the day-to-day management of the careers of all officers and soldiers in the British Army along with the continual development of career opportunities in line with the changing strategic priorities of Defence.
