Dora Thagouras, CPC, ELI-MP, PHR I am a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and Human Resources Professional. My 25+ years of top training, high level professional interactions and rich (sometimes tough) life experiences, make me uniquely suited to coach Executives, Business Owners, Professionals and Individuals who want to optimize their work and personal lives. My passion is and has always been, people. Growing up in my parent’s diner, I developed a gift at a young age to warmly engage individual customers and employees, making them feel welcome and valued. Wanting to work with people and understand them more deeply, I earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. Soon after, I began a 22-year career with one of the largest retail companies in the world, Jones Apparel Group, where I performed several roles in Leadership, Training, Development and Human Resources. I rose to Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for roughly 14,000 Corporate and Retail employees. My position allowed me to influence the lives of people from the C-suite to the loading dock, gradually shifting the culture of a huge company to a place where everyone felt welcome and valued. 14,000 people, one person at a time. I eventually accepted a role to Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) for the Americas as Vice President of Human Resources, where I enjoyed building and transforming the region to a people centric culture during a time of rapid growth. After a rewarding period there, I came to feel drawn to use my experience and insights to improve relationships on a different scale. I dove into my studies and rooted my personal philosophy with the transformative power of one to one work. Clarity 13 is a result of this dream and I cannot wait to share it with you. I’ve come full circle to my days at my parent’s diner, focused and present on a one to one scale and it feels great.
