We are focussed on providing an efficient, fair and affordable service that allows everyone to move forward. The first step is conciliation, where everyone involved in a dispute takes part in discussions with the aim of reaching an agreement to resolve the dispute. In most cases, this is successful. If a resolution can’t be reached at conciliation, there can be an alternative to taking the matter to Court. An injured worker may ask our arbitration service to consider the issues in dispute and make a decision that is binding on everyone involved.
