VIVAK & Associates is an experienced team of independent meeting planning consultants based in the greater Washington, District of Columbia metropolitan area. Collectively we have over 45 years of experience with providing logistical and administrative support services to associations, corporations, and federal, state, and local government agencies. VIVAK has supported events in nearly every state ranging from hybrid meetings to small 1-day working groups to complex multi-day conferences of more than 2,500 attendees.
