We are international; we were established up in London in 2004 and have worked in four continents and 22 countries since. We work in very dynamic markets like India and China but have to slow down in Trinidad and Tobago. We take advantage of high technology in the UK but can manage our projects with limited resources in Bangladesh. Regardless of the conditions we find, wherever we work we build a network of like-minded researchers and satisfied clients. We are explorers; we discover the latest trends around the world. Today we are intrigued by the shifts in advertising and social media and spend considerable time in understanding the role of influencers. We are thinkers; we reflect upon cultural changes and consumption trends and develop our own tools to understand and measure them. We are engaged; we consider the unique circumstances in which our clients operate; we tailor different approaches to accommodate our clients’ needs. We combine qualitative techniques with quantitative methods. We are good communicators; we believe good research deserves good communications. We run Communications Workshops at the end of each project in which we discuss the research findings with our clients before finalizing our report.
