F7 Sports Management is a start-up talent management company founded in 2018 by Shafiek Mouton. F7 seeks to unearth, manage, mentor and guide talented athletes in the world of sport and assist them in fulfilling their full potential. Mouton holds qualifications in Sports Management (UNISA 2018), Social Media Marketing (Shaw Academy, Dublin, Ireland 2017) and Advanced Social Media Marketing (Shaw Academy, Dublin, Ireland 2018) and is a freelance sports writer. He is also an accredited player agent at the South African Rugby Union (SARU 2018), Cricket South Africa (CSA 2018) and South African Cricketers Association (SACA 2018)
