Founded in 1955 by Charles Liégeois, Café Liégeois currently employs a hundred people in Belgium. Through Café Liégeois Canada Inc. which holds exclusive distribution rights in North America (Canada & United States of America), Café Liégeois continues to grow in those markets overseas. In addition to offering coffee beans, Café Liégeois Canada uses capsules, which are compatible with the Nespresso® single-serve espresso coffee machine. Based in Montreal since 2013, Café Liégeois Canada focuses mainly on corporate businesses (restaurants, hotels, SMEs) and retail markets. Operating primarily in the Province of Quebec, Café Liégeois Canada is also developing in Ontario and the United States of America (Chicago area).
