Recognizing the common lack of alignment of training solutions to training needs, RedBikeHRD was established in 2018 to design, develop, and deliver practical L&D solutions that align people development with corporate mission, vision, values, and strategy. By avoiding traditional rote-based lecture learning -- and by employing experiential and action learning methodologies -- we help develop next generation leaders and employees within the cultures of their organizations. This process includes training specific to each client and their business objectives, thereby creating a noticeably higher return on training investment. In short, our training design focuses on turning knowledge into know-how based on each client's unique needs and/or challenges.
