Galerie Pascal Polar
www.pascalpolar.beFounded in 1985, the Pascal Polar gallery represents established and upcoming artists in the field of international contemporary visual arts, with solo and thematic group shows. The gallery participates to major international art fairs. The gallery extends on 3 levels: > the ground floor is devoted to the principal ongoing show. > the first floor presents contemporary and plastician photography, or, alternatively, more intimate works. > the garden located in the backyard often hosts contemporary sculptures. > the storage rooms include numerous works of the artists represented. Thus the visitor has permanent access to a large diversity of works. Besides the represented artists, the gallery buys and sells works from major modern and contemporary artists (Magritte, Picasso, Delvaux, Arman, Warhol, Chagall, Léger, Miro, Braque, etc.) and advises collectors and neophytes. The gallery is a Member of the Professional Union of Dealers in Modern and Contemporary Art (BUP). The gallery is located in the lively Saint-Gilles district of Brussels, inside a five story Art Deco building renovated by architects Fabrice Quénum and Costas Sionis (1st prize for the National Museum of Contemporary Art of Athens).
