MatchKey Consulting, LLC.
www.matchkeyconsulting.comAfter spending close to 3 decades in the bank industry training colleagues and growing a book of business, Jennifer Finkelstein Hall started MatchKey Consulting in June 2017. MatchKey is a professional development consulting firm that, through training programs, workshops and events, provides millennials and women with tools so they can be more successful building relationships, expanding opportunities and closing more business. Jennifer had a stay-at-home husband for over 18 years. While building her career, she was one of the few females in her division and had to learn key tips, tricks and techniques to be seen and heard the way she had intended. MatchKey’s female centric programs help women of all ages better understand their natural tendencies and how to be more intentional about when to show them. If they don’t do this, some of those behaviors can lead to self-sabotage in the marketplace. Millennials are currently the largest segment in the workplace and within two years, will make up at least 50% of all jobs in the USA. Because of the times they grew up in, many have not learned the soft skills around how to build professional relationships, grow a strong network, obtain referrals and manage a sales pipeline. MatchKey loves to advocate for these young professionals so they partner with companies of all sizes to design and deliver workshops that bring back key components of corporate training programs that are virtually non-existent today. During Jennifer’s career, she has been a sales director, commercial banking relationship manager, commercial college manager, training program leader, new business developer and curriculum designer. She has mentored scores of women and young professionals and has incorporated many of those best practices into MatchKey’s customized service offerings.
