At that moment Francesco, representing Italy in the world of coffee, felt the need to do something in Italy, give a new impetus and start an innovative path reflecting our traditions, with international style and Italian hospitality. Ditta Artigianale was about to be born. Ditta Artigianale is the idea of emphasizing Italian craftsmanship and the culture of doing, or re-focusing work on quality and craftsmanship in the coffee world. Once back from the world championship, the first steps in this direction began, first opening the roasting plant to roast in collaboration with Brambati. Subsequently, after the launch of the online site, the desire to take to the streets, on the street, to communicate with the people, with the customers grew to pass the passion and the enthusiasm that move daily the engine of Ditta Artigianale. Going to the street was combined with the opening of the first café, Ditta Artigianale coffee bar located in via de 'Neri, 32r where the adventure that led in less than a year to inaugurate the second restaurant in via dello Sprone began. , Ditta Artigianale Oltrarno, on the other bank of the Arno river, and then the third, a new experiment opened in collaboration with the cinema company, where a café was opened inside the historic Florentine theater, the first Specialty d ' Italy. Ditta Artigianale is also inspired by the numerous trips made by Francesco Sanapo in the plantation in the various producing countries in search of the most exclusive and ethical coffees, creating a direct contact with each individual producer based on trust and mutual respect, but above all focused on quality coffee.
