The CSHG is an educational institution for hotel directors and kitchen managers that follows a modern, effective methodology that allows students to obtain the highest levels of knowledge in their future careers. The design of the CSHG and its plan of studies were originally based on the curriculum of the prestigious L´École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. Today the school keeps close ties with the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), which grants the CSHG diploma as part as their own programs. METHODOLOGY Teaching is up-to-date and personalized, during the school terms, the students alternate one week of theory with one week of hands-on practice. The stage (hands-on internships/work placements) is considered as any other subject which the students must pass every year, after being introduced first-hand to business organizational and operational systems, where they have the chance to assume tasks and responsibilities that drive them to make real-life decisions. The school provides consulting services for business and institutions worldwide .The CSHG also participates in international projects for hospitality and tourism schools assisting in their development. CAMPUS & LOCATION The CSHG boasts its own 50000 square meter campus, with green areas and five buildings. The school is located at short distance from Santiago de Compostela, World Heritage City by UNESCO.
