Findings are summarized in a customized memo which includes an overall deal summary, strengths, risks and mitigants, and other items specific to client’s acquisition, disposition, and / or lending criteria. INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS. Analyze underlying collateral of bank loan portfolios, CMBS bonds, and bulk loan sales. Value collateralized assets within the portfolio, value individual loan guarantees, audit loan files, and recommend individual loan exit strategies, loan default probabilities, and loss severities. Compile data for individual loans and for the portfolio. SITE INSPECTIONS. Inspect property and comparable properties, interview tenants, audit on-site management files, and survey market.
