EBTT is an acronym of “Enhance Business Through Trust”. This program helps to optimize the framework of employee-company interactions around compensation and benefits (C&B) management. We help the C&B function to become a direct driver behind employee engagement improvement. We help companies to formulate C&B strategies, which utilize the strength of trusted C&B practices to address the challenges of today and tomorrow. What we do: We scan and assess the applied C&B practices (policies, processes, templates, communication materials) and all employee touchpoints against 10 attributes of trust. We provide HR managers with insights, in a confidential setting, about the current levels of the 10 attributes of trust and about the areas in which there are opportunities for optimization. We facilitate the design (or re-design) of trusted C&B solutions. This iterative process (a design-assess-prototype-test sequence) actively utilizes both our know-how and the internal, organization-specific knowledge of the HR department. We lift the burden of translating the re-designed C&B solutions to new policies, procedures, templates, training and communication materials, etc. We are happy to undertake the management of the annual C&B-circle and provide clients with C&B specialist services and ad hoc advice.
