IFT is born after a long coaching experience in Individualized Training on a Nacional and International level. It consists of licensed professionals in Physical Education and Sport, with experience in football from youth to senior players. A master degree in high-performance training as well as experience in the field of observation and potential assessment. Thus it is intended to enhance the capabilities of target athletes, developing their strengths and a range of capabilities that enables them to become a complete player.
