Business Roundtables
www.businessroundtables.comBusiness Roundtables is dedicated to helping business from $500K - $5M in revenue grow and become more profitable. The support we provide is delivered through a very structured process. When a business owners joins they are accepted into one of our 8 - 12 member groups, of non-competing peers, who meet monthly to discuss the most challenging issues they are facing. The meetings are very structured, with a members first activity being to bring a current challenge or issue to the group who then determine if the proposed issue is the real problem. Once the issue is clarified, a discussion of possible ways to deal with the issue is conducted and the member designs a course of action to which they commit. Members next meet with their coach, approximately two weeks after the meeting, to discuss how they are progressing with resolving the issue and to explore any other challenges that are important to the member. (If more than one coaching session is required, the additional coaching is provided at a discounted rate.) At the next monthly meeting the first agenda item is to review each members "Accountability". Progress is applauded and supported and failure to follow through becomes a matter for group discussion and friendly guidance and encouragement. Because all members are leading business of about the same size, it often occurs that an issue brought to the group and successfully resolved becomes a learning experience for the other members and they are saved cost and pain by being able to anticipate the challenge and take appropriate actions to avoid it happening. The Roundtable groups provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment where members can learn and grow both professionally and personally.
