Women in Networking (WIN) is an online networking community providing education and opportunity for women in business to develop and apply networking best practices. Every WIN experience follows three pillars: 1) foster meaningful and mutually beneficial connections 2) learn new ways to succeed 3) energize and support through uplifting community. WIN was founded in 2002 and is adapting to the times. We have changed from our original in-person event model to virtual education and events to create borderless networking.
