We built our factory at 1030 metres a.s.l., in Amatrice, in the wonderful nature of the “Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e dei Monti della Laga”. We mix the best 100% Italian durum wheat semolina with the pure water from the nearby springs in order to obtain a high quality product. History, nature, passion and tradition of such a rich territory blend together and create a special artisanal durum wheat pasta, bronze-drawn and slowly dried. Absolute pureness of ingredients for a high-end product, essential in every kitchen. Our cut: BUCATINI with the particular bowed work A typical shape of the Amatriciana tradition, which gathers the sauce within its long cut with the special U-shaped process and a special hole inside, for a taste experience to be tried. The only caveat: get a napkin! SPAGHETTI with the particular bowed processing The shape of Italian pasta par excellence: there is no seasoning that is not in harmony in the most varied preparations around the world. The “King” of the Amatriciana embellished even more by its unique special U-shaped process.
