Collaborates training needs with relevant stakeholders internal and external to the organization and identifies personnel for monitoring and promotional opportunities. • Obtains cultural qualitative and/or quantitative data to identify assets and liabilities to be addressed through leadership development training for all levels in the organization. • Strategizes organizational needs with future planning to optimize internal performance and positively impact business and/or community processes through talent development. • Utilizes survey and personality assessment tools (DiSC, FranklinCovey, etc.) as necessary. • Creates follow-up/through procedures for internal/external personnel and identifies and celebrates new organizational development anchor points. • Analyzes operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. • Directs, plans, or implements policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to increase performance and productivity. • Delivers speeches, write articles, or present information at meetings or conventions to promote services, exchange ideas, and/or accomplish objectives. • Directs or conducts studies or research on issues affecting areas of responsibility. • Implements corrective action plans to solve organizational problems and improve retention.
