What started as a niche acquisitions model in 2009 after the collapse of numerous real estate asset classes has now turned into an efficient management platform sprouting a family of DO Companies. DO Capital Group is a newer entity on paper however the processes and systems we use today have been developing and refining since 2009. DO Capital Group acts as the management arm of the DO family of companies, most notably DO Income Fund, LLC. Our companies benefit from our management through access to our suite of highly engineered processes and proprietary technologies in the acquisition, disposition, and servicing of Notes across most real estate asset classes. Our principals have had nationally recognized success with an emphasis on Non-performing notes secured by residential real estate. Our companies purchase primarily NOO Non-QM as well as NOO hard money bridge, Rental, and FNF non-performing notes (NPNs). We leverage our agility and enterprise-level proprietary BPMN technology to help borrowers stay out of foreclosure whenever possible while providing industry-leading returns for investors. Over the last 10 years, we have saved 81% of defaulted borrowers from ending up in foreclosure. We facilitate the purchase NPNs in 16 states.
