Talent Development Foundation (Fundacja Rozwoju Talentów) was born from passion and the belief that everyone has a talent; it’s just that it sometimes remains undiscovered. This is why the goal of our everyday work is to make it easier for young people to achieve a good start into their future. We have already supported over 12,000 young people with the support of over 100 business, social and public Partners. We skillfully and strategically integrate business and social goals in the areas of education and the job market. Our team of psychologists, career counselors and sociologists support young people directly. We develop soft skills from the earliest years. We diagnose aptitudes. We facilitate development and entry into the job market. We provide financial support to the talented ones. We also support young people indirectly through a wide support we provide to our Partners: business, social and public ones. Our cooperation falls into a few interwoven areas: 1. Strategy – auditing, preparing comprehensive strategies for companies to carry out actions addressed to young people in an an effective way. 2. Implementation - preparing implementation plans, searching for and scanning potential partners, mostly from educational and social sectors, budgeting, supervising the implementation process, advising. 3. Developing our Partners through a series of trainings for HR and interns in the area of communication, promotion and Employer Branding.
