Use the Zapier template

Start from the “Boost Outreach campaigns with Salesforce leads enriched via Lusha” template or build from scratch following these steps.

Connect Salesforce as the trigger

Authenticate Zapier with Salesforce and configure:

  • Trigger event: New Lead
  • Filters (optional): Only trigger on leads matching criteria:
    • Lead Source = “Inbound”
    • Lead Status = “New”
    • Country = target regions

Tip: Add filters to avoid enriching unqualified leads (spam, students, competitors).

Update Salesforce with enriched data

Add “Update Lead” step in Zapier:

  • Map Lusha person fields → Salesforce Lead fields
  • Map Lusha company fields → Salesforce Account/Lead fields
  • Set Enrichment Status = “Enriched”
  • Stamp Enriched Date = TODAY

Add to Outreach sequence

Connect Outreach and configure:

  • Action: Add Prospect to Sequence
  • Sequence selection: Choose target sequence (e.g., “Inbound – Enriched Leads”)
  • Field mapping:
    • Name, email, phone from Lusha-enriched data
    • Custom fields: Job title, company size, industry for personalization

Add conditional logic (quality gates)

Insert filters before Outreach step:

  • Only add to sequence IF:
    • Email confidence score ≥ 95% OR
    • Phone number exists OR
    • Job title is not blank
  • If enrichment fails → skip Outreach, update Lead Status to “Needs Review”
