The company’s assets include stakes in: • DomusVi, initially founded by Yves Journel the company is currently the largest unlisted company (and No. 3 overall) in nursing homes in France where it has over 200 facilities and close to 16,000 beds. The company is also the No. 1 player in Spain in elderly care services following the acquisitions of Geriatros and SARquavitae. DomusVi is a co-investment with PAI and ICG. • Almaviva, the No. 5 player in French private hospitals. Almaviva has recognized centers of excellence in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, cardiology and gastroenterology through its 25 facilities and 2,500 beds. The company is a co-investment of SRS with GIMV and UI Gestion. • Elivie, a home care provider created by the merger of AMS and IPSanté in 2016. The company is the French No. 4 player in medical / technical home care and active in all main segments including respiratory assistance and infusion, nutrition and insulin therapy. Elivie is a co-investment with HLD and UI Gestion. • Groupe Sedna Santé, a provider of nursing homes in Canada and market leader in Quebec in this segment with over 1,800 beds. In addition to the founder, the French insurance MACIF is a minority investors in SRS (18%) and has accompanied the group’s expansion in France and abroad.
