From 1 February 2017 Omnitel, Teo and Baltic Data Center become one company – Telia Lietuva. The first integrated telecommunications company in Lithuania that provides telecommunications, IT and TV services as a one-stop shop. Nuo 2017 m. vasario 1 d. „Omnitel“, „Teo“ ir „Baltic Data Center“ tapo viena įmone. „Telia Lietuva“ – #visakotinklas – iš vienų rankų teikia telekomunikacijų, IT ir TV paslaugas.
