This builder connected n8n, Lusha MCP, and Claude to create a fully automated inbound and outbound engine that runs twenty-four hours a day. The workflow enriches leads with verified data, scores every record, identifies buying groups, checks intent signals, writes personalized outreach, and pushes everything into campaigns. It books three to five meetings per week with no manual work. Setup time is about sixty minutes.

Every RevOps or growth team wants the same thing. A steady flow of qualified prospects coming in automatically, enriched with verified data, scored by fit, and already written into personalized outreach sequences.

Most teams know the pieces well. They already use enrichment, scoring, intent signals, and outbound tools. The problem is that these steps still live in separate systems, which means operations teams spend hours connecting them manually.

This is where the following workflow stands out. It combines n8n, Lusha MCP, and Claude in a way that actually runs end to end: it gets new leads, enriches them, scores them, writes context-aware outreach, and pushes them straight into campaigns. And once it is live, it runs on its own.

In this post, we are breaking down how Divyanshi, a Lusha Partner creator, built a full inbound and outbound engine using n8n, Lusha’s Model Context Protocol, and AI qualifiers. Total setup time is about an hour if you know the basics of n8n. After that, it books meetings without any manual work.

The workflow at a glance

The builder’s workflow runs continuously. It looks for net-new leads across inbound sources, enriches them, analyzes ICP fit, checks intent, drafts outreach, and sends it to the right channel or campaign.

Here is the high-level view of the flow:

  1. An AI qualifier scores every new lead from 0 to 10

  2. Lusha MCP enriches and verifies the data using the Claude integration

  3. n8n keeps the system running twenty-four hours a day and updates each step on its own

Once it is live, it becomes a full engine that handles both inbound and outbound streams without human intervention.

Step 1: Scoring every inbound with an AI qualifier

The workflow starts with an AI qualifier inside n8n. Every new lead, whether it comes from a form, a CSV, a webhook, or a list upload, is scored from 0 to 10 based on:

  • ICP fit
  • Company size
  • Industry
  • Tech stack match
  • Buying signals
  • Role and seniority
  • Growth activity

Instead of manually reviewing each inbound, the workflow labels every record with a clear score and a summary of why it matters. Leads below a certain score are archived or nurtured. Leads above it move on to enrichment.

This step alone saves hours of research every week.

Step 2: Connecting Lusha MCP through Claude

The builder used the new Lusha MCP integration for the next layer. MCP allows LLMs to receive verified B2B data directly from Lusha inside the model, which means Claude can reason on top of clean, structured, permissioned data.

This is the part that changes the workflow.

By connecting MCP to Claude, the system can:

  • Find companies that match ICP criteria
  • Identify relevant roles inside each company
  • Map the tech stack without scraping
  • Enrich verified contacts
  • Surface hiring and intent signals
  • Keep everything compliant with GDPR and CCPA

It removes the old cycle of copy, check, compare, and enrich. The model gets the data directly from Lusha in real time.

This connection is where the workflow becomes accurate and predictable instead of manual and subjective.

Step 3: Letting the workflow run around the clock

Once the enrichment and AI reasoning are set, n8n handles everything in a loop. The builder does not touch the flow after the initial setup.

The workflow keeps running and does the following:

  • Pulls new leads
  • Enriches them with Lusha
  • Scores each one by fit and intent
  • Generates personalized outreach using Claude prompts
  • Adds the lead to the right outbound sequence or CRM campaign

For inbound, this means every form fill becomes a complete, qualified record. For outbound, it means new ICP-matching companies and contacts are identified and engaged automatically.

From there, the builder reports booking three to five meetings per week without manual work.

What the automated engine delivers

When the workflow is fully active, it creates a steady flow of:

  • Fresh leads
  • Verified contact information
  • ICP scoring summaries
  • Buying group recommendations
  • Intent and growth signals
  • Personalized outreach messages
  • CRM-ready entries
  • Sequence-ready files

Everything happens without chasing data or reviewing records. The system decides when a lead is ready and pushes it into outreach.

Total setup time

The entire build took about sixty minutes. Anyone familiar with basic nodes in n8n can recreate it without code. MCP and Claude do the heavy lifting. Lusha ensures the data is verified before it reaches the model.

FAQs

The workflow uses n8n, Lusha’s Model Context Protocol, and Claude. n8n orchestrates the flow, MCP provides verified data, and Claude handles reasoning and text generation.

MCP feeds Claude verified contact and company information, including tech stack, signals, and buying group data. This keeps the model accurate and compliant under GDPR and CCPA.

You only need basic familiarity with n8n nodes. The entire setup takes about an hour.
