Take a peek behind the scenes and see what we’ve been working on this month. Today we’re featuring an Extension alert for new contact details, a new and improved sidebar for company and contact details, and a preview of foundational prospecting updates that are coming soon.
New contact details? We’ll let you know.
Ever search for someone’s details on Lusha, only to come up empty-handed? We know it can be frustrating when you can’t find the contact info you need.
That’s why we recently made a change we think you’ll like. This month we launched a new feature for the Lusha Extension that takes the guesswork out of tracking down those elusive contacts. Now, if you search for someone and can’t find their details, we’ll let you know when new information becomes available.
Here’s how it works:
Whenever you look up a contact without any listed profile details, we’ll make a note of that behind the scenes. If new information is later added to their profile, you’ll get an alert letting you know their updated contact details are now viewable.
These newly updated contacts will also show up highlighted under the “Activity” tab in our plugin (formerly named “Saved”). No more wasting time searching over and over and hoping for an update – we’ll serve those fresh details directly to you.
And if you really want to stay on top of things, you can even opt-in to receive a weekly email roundup of all the contacts that got updated that week. It’s all about what’s most convenient for you.

New and improved prospecting results experience
Going over your potential prospects and exploring their details one by one can sometimes be a tedious process. That’s why we revamped the prospecting results table to make it easier than ever to view the most important information. It’s a clean, intuitive way to access the details that matter most without any unnecessary clutter or confusion. Unlike the old experience, where details expanded underneath each entry, the new sidebar allows you to quickly switch between contacts or companies and view their information efficiently. This simplifies the process of learning about your prospects, giving you easier access to details for a more effective and user-friendly workflow.
For contact details:
When you click on the contact, their details will appear on the side of the screen instead of underneath – no more scrolling to find what you’re looking for. This way you can see all the relevant details at once.
For company details:
When you click on the company you’re interested in from the results page, those details will pop up in a sidebar. Want to dig deeper? Just click on the company page and you’ll go straight to the dedicated company page, just like in the classic search screen.
