But that’s not all—soon, you’ll be able to generate your own usage reports with our brand-new Self-Serve Usage Report feature, making it easier than ever to access your account data without needing to contact our Customer Success Team. Lusha is now the first sales intelligence platform to earn an ISO 31700 certification! We take data privacy seriously, giving you peace of mind that your information is always secure.

ISO 31700 (Privacy by Design for Goods and Services) sets the gold standard for how organizations should handle personal information throughout a product’s lifecycle. With Privacy by Design, we build privacy controls into our processes right from the start, making sure your data is protected and risks are minimized. This is especially important as more data vendors often use customer data for their own gain.

Awarded by an independent third-party auditor, this certification demonstrates our commitment to leading by example in data protection, ensuring your information is safe and secure at every step of the way.

Enhanced Reporting Efficiency

Our new infrastructure automates and enables self-serve report generation. This feature empowers you to generate your own reports, reducing reliance on manual processes and boosting overall efficiency. You’ll have immediate access to credit usage data and analytics, facilitating quick decision-making. Plus, you can generate tailored reports on demand, increasing operational efficiency.

Usage Report Format

The report will show usage by month for the current account cycle (from the start date to today). It will detail usage per user and group across all platforms, summarizing all credits. The report includes columns for:

  • Group, email, status, and role.
  • Disabled date, last credit usage, and last login.
  • Monthly totals for credits used.

** This feature will be available for Pro, Premium, and Scale users later in August.

Coming soon: Enhanced Keyword Search

Unlock deeper insights with our upcoming AI-powered Company Keyword Filter, an enhancement to our industry and specialties filters. This new feature offers more granular and targeted search results, providing precise insights like never before.

While the industry filter lets you search by broad categories and sub-industries, and the specialties filter allows targeting companies based on LinkedIn tags, the Company Keyword Filter takes it a step further. With the help of AI, this filter extracts specific keywords from company descriptions, assigning each company approximately five custom keywords.
