TALENT PROCUREMENT •Identify and secure celebrity talent (actors, musicians, athletes, experts, pop-culture influencers, etc.) for client Advertising and PR campaigns •Advise client and partner agencies on budget and services during development of the marketing plan •Negotiate compensation and services with the talent’s representatives •Provide legal counsel, drafting of offer letters and long-form agreements, and review of all documents in coordination with client’s in-house counsel as needed •Serve as liaison between clients, team, and celebrity; manage the approval process, deadlines, payment schedules, and PH&W for SAG related advertising services •Coordination of all celebrity related logistics including scheduling travel, hair/makeup, wardrobe, etc. Limelight Media oversees, negotiates, manages and/or coordinates the following aspects of client campaigns where appropriate •Creative campaign elements for TV, Print, Digital, Radio and OOH •Public Relations services, Media Days, SMTs and Media Training •Social media •Original content for brand channels •Corporate, consumer and trade event appearances
