The role of Product Owner is described in the scrum guide as follows: “The Product Owner is accountable for maximising the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. How this is done may vary widely across organisations, Scrum Teams, and individuals”. All of our colleagues fill the Product Owner role and have developed a set of competences that makes them strong and agile in the role.
