Ridgetop Europe, which is the new name of Q-Star Test, has two main lines of activities: The first line of activities is DFT and Test oriented. In this context we have the Q-Star line of products supporting test improvement/optimization and enabling high speed highly reliable current measurements and we provide consulting and training services. The second line of activities is to provide product development, manufacturing, and pre- and post-sales support services to Ridgetop Group, related to the European market. Ridgetop Group Inc, with HQ in Tucson, AZ provides IP design services (mostly addressing special requirements) as well as solutions that address reliability and lifetime health observation (Prognostics).
