BailSafe Australia is a digitally delivered outpatient Addiction and Mental Health Rehabilitation Program, We treat patients with substance use issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program is specifically for adults seeking to receive treatment and support while on bail. More than ever virtual communication has become part of our everyday lives. Our program also recognises that not all individuals are able to attend hospital treatment or private facility programs in person. Leveraging technology to strengthen patient engagement our intensive treatment program utilises telehealth, secure patient web portals and virtual communication to support our patients on their recovery journey. What is BailSafe? BaiSafe Australia is an integrated health service and bail support program. We provide treatment and support for substance use, mental health disorders and physical health. Our service is affordable and admission is immediate, with no waiting periods. What is the Application Eligibility Criteria? You can apply if you are on bail or you are applying for bail in the Australian Court System. What happens after the Assessment? We will provide a detailed Assessment Report and tailored Treatment Plan for your legal counsel to present at your bail application. This will explain why you are suited to our Treatment Program and how will benefit from program engagement. Does BailSafe Improve my Bail Application’? When considering bail, the Courts will weigh underlying issues of substance use and mental health disorders that may present a risk to you or the wider community, if you are given bail. We can help mitigate this potential risk by providing you with medical treatment and monitoring during your bail period.
