We seek out products to share with you through our online store as well. Welcome to gear that GRIPS you! Origin of GRIPTION It all started about two decades ago while camping in Southern Utah. As kids we went on an annual camping trip down south, usually to places near Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef Utah. We would run up and down the sandstone rocks with endless energy, our shoes gripping the sandstone with ease. We felt like lizards, able to climb almost anything. We noticed the amazing grip and traction our shoes had as we climbed the red rocks. The word “Gription” was born and became a common part of our outdoor vocabulary.
