Making learning fun, engaging and effective! Accord is a rapidly growing Singapore-based training organisation that has been a leading service provider of learning and development solutions for organisations, government institutions and colleges. We focus on training in the domain of data, analytics and emerging technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence. Accord was launched in Singapore in 2009 and we provided training in soft skills, leadership and business management. However, by 2013-14, we began to focus on emerging areas like analytics and new technology as we realised how important these skills are for EVERYONE. We were one of the first entrants in the space of analytics training in Singapore that focused on business professionals and decision makers to bridge the gap between business professionals and data scientists. We strongly believe that success of organisations will depend on how data literate everyone in the organisation is and whether they have been able to leverage analytics and technology in everything that they do. Today, we focus on data literacy, analytics, data visualisation and AI across all levels of the organisation with specific courses designed to address the skills needed at each level. Accord was accredited by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) in 2018 as an IBF Standards accredited training provider. One of our courses, “Analytics for Non-Analytics Professionals” is accredited under the IBF Standards Training Scheme which provides funding for direct training costs to organisations and individuals. Since 2014, we have conducted more than 700 workshops and trained over 16,000 participants with an average feedback score of 4.5 out of 5.
