CASA of Baltimore recruits, trains and supervises volunteers appointed to foster children. The volunteers serve as a consistent presence in the child's life, monitor the child's well-being, and provide written, objective recommendations in the child's best interest to Baltimore City Juvenile Court. CASA of Baltimore staff and volunteers aim to help children reach permanency and their full potential.
