As a female trainer with over 20 years in the security industry, I have progressed from Steward to SIA Door Supervisor and Conflict Manager Instructor. In addition to this, I have my NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care working with local authorities and private sectors agencies within Youth Working, Residential Care Working and School Mentoring for over 10 years. Together with my business associate who has years of business experience, we established ‘SainTs Training Ltd’, our own training company in 2014. We did this in the hope of imparting the knowledge I have gained onto new trainees, through numerous teaching techniques, scenarios and group discussions. Possessing all the qualifications needed to train clients to a successful conclusion, I currently hold a prestigious 100% pass rate for both the SIA Door Supervisor and Conflict Manager trainees.
