The Detroit Public Safety Foundation (DPSF) is the official non-profit organization established to support the Detroit Police Department (DPD) and Detroit Fire Department (DFD). The DPSF supports DPD and DFD with needs not covered in the City of Detroit budget and focuses on training, technology, equipment, community engagement and wellness. The DPSF secures donations and grant funding to help support Detroit's first-responders.
